Japan has four beautiful distinct seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

By incorporating the season into your meals, you can feel the blessings of nature and the changes of the four seasons from the “taste” of your meals.

Seasonal foods are highly nutritious, and by eating them in season, you can get the nutrients your body needs at that time.

The ingredients in the gallery photos below are fresh vegetables harvested from Snow Crystal’s pesticide-free fields
and traditional seasonal ingredients from the mountains of Nozawaonsen Village.

These are the ingredients my family and I, from grandmothers and grandfathers to ancient ancestors,
who were born and raised in this village, have been eating for generations.
