Assistive devices made by recycled or natural materials such as yoga mats, belts, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are also available.
The indoor studios are also recommended for those who want to deepen and focus their yoga poses.

CONDITIONS
Under self-responsibility, pay attention to safety, consider your own muscle strength, physical strength,

Anyone over the age of 18 can participate at their own risk.
Under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
