HOT SPRINGS 「ONSEN」

As everyone knows, 100% natural hot springs are gushing out every day in my village
which was discovered and has been part of our lives since the year 700 AD`.

`The hot springs have a flow volume of 1,700 liters per minute, the spring quality is weakly alkaline,
and the spring temperature is said to be 40°C~90°C.

LIVE THE SEASONs created a program of “Yoga” combined with the “effects of hot springs”
to help relieve your ailments and recommends it to customers visiting Nozawa Onsen Village.

 I recommend soaking in hot springs that are 42°C or higher before Yoga,
which makes the “sympathetic nerves” of tension and excitement dominant and alert.

After yoga, the “parasympathetic nerves” that make you feel relaxed in a lukewarm hot spring of about 37°C to 40°C
takes precedence and make you feel calm. 

Also, for those who feel that a full body bath in a hot spring puts a lot of strain on the heart, we recommend a footbath.
On land, gravity interferes with blood flow to the heart.
The water pressure of the foot bath has a pump-up effect, improving the flow of veins in the lower body
and activating the circulation of blood and lymph nodes.
